How does the Wisewell purification system work?
The Wisewell uses a multi-stage filtration process, including a polypropylene (PP) filter, carbon filter, reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, and Maifan stone mineral filter. This system efficiently removes contaminants such as heavy metals, chemicals, and microorganisms while adding beneficial minerals.
How many stages of filtration does Wisewell have?
The Wisewell features a 4-stage filtration process: PP filter, carbon filter, reverse osmosis membrane, and Maifan stone mineral filter.
What is the difference between the Nano, Model 1, and Sparkle?
All three models use Wisewell's advanced filtration technology.

Do all Wisewell devices provide sparkling water?
No. Sparkling water is available only with Wisewell Sparkle. Nano and Model 1 provide still filtered water.

What payment plans are available?
Choose the plan that works best for you: pay monthly or save with an annual subscription paid upfront. Both plans include a 30-day return & refund period.
What are the filter replacement costs?
Filter replacements are included with your Wisewell subscription at no additional cost.
Can I own my Wisewell during my subscription or after my subscription ends?
Your Wisewell remains Wisewell property throughout the subscription, regardless of how long you've been subscribed. Purchase is not currently a standard option; however, requests may be considered at Wisewell's discretion and subject to approval and applicable terms.
How long does delivery take?
Sparkle is on pre-order and ships in October. Pre-order processing can take 1 to 6 weeks. Once shipped, delivery can take 2 to 5 business days. Delivery is free.
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Return your Wisewell within this period for a full refund of your subscription payment. Applicable return costs may apply. After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your annual plan at any time to stop the next annual renewal.
What is the warranty period?
Subscription: covered for the full contract length. 1-year warranty.
