How Billing Works
The Wisewell Model 1 converts ordinary tap water into clean, mineralized drinking water with 4-stage Reverse Osmosis technology that removes up to 99.9% of contaminants — including chlorine, heavy metals, bacteria, and microplastics — then adds back essential minerals for clean, great-tasting water.

24-month renewable contract.
Cancellation within Month 1: No penalty. Only pick-up fees.
Cancellation Month 2 onwards: Two monthly payments + pick-up fees.
Must maintain the product in good condition and follow all instructions in the user manual.
Payments are charged automatically. Failed payments must be resolved within 48 hours, or the subscription will be canceled.
You will receive a copy of the full rental T&C agreement once the purchase is completed.
