The Wisewell Model 1 turns ordinary tap water into clean drinking water with 4-stage reverse osmosis. It stands on the floor, holds about 2 gallons, and pours cold, hot or room temperature at a touch.

Annual Plan
One upfront payment covers a 12-month subscription at the discounted annual rate. The plan automatically renews annually unless cancelled before renewal.

30-Day Return & Refund
Cancel within 30 days of delivery and return your Wisewell for a full refund of your subscription payment. A prepaid return label will be provided; applicable return/pickup costs may apply.

After 30 Days
Monthly payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. Annual payments are non-refundable for the current 12-month term. Cancelling stops the next renewal.

Device Ownership & Return
Your Wisewell remains Wisewell property throughout your subscription and must be returned when your subscription ends, in accordance with the applicable return process.

Purchase Requests
Purchase is not currently a standard option. Requests to purchase your Wisewell may be considered at Wisewell's discretion and subject to approval and applicable terms.

Filters & Service
Scheduled filter replacements and applicable maintenance services are included with your subscription. Your Wisewell should remain connected to Wi-Fi to support device monitoring, diagnostics, filter tracking and timely filter dispatch.

Product Issues
Product faults, replacements and any applicable refund or other remedies will be handled in accordance with Wisewell's warranty terms and applicable law.

How does the Wisewell purification system work?

The Wisewell uses a multi-stage filtration process, including a polypropylene (PP) filter, carbon filter, reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, and Maifan stone mineral filter. This system efficiently removes contaminants such as heavy metals, chemicals, and microorganisms while adding beneficial minerals.

How many stages of filtration does Wisewell have?

What is the difference between the Nano, Model 1, and Sparkle?

How long does delivery take?

Order processing can take 1 to 6 weeks. Once shipped, delivery can take 2 to 5 business days. Delivery is free.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Return your Wisewell within this period for a full refund of your subscription payment. Applicable return costs may apply. After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your annual plan at any time to stop the next annual renewal.
