Returns
Wisewell Trading LLC would like your visit to this website to be a smooth and satisfying experience. In order to achieve this, we strive to deliver our product in a timely manner. The Return Policy makes it possible for you to return a product if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was purchased. Please read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
Products
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, having taken reasonable care of it and with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product. We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Product of AED 100.
Faulty Damaged Products
We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate if you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. In these circumstances, we will also pay you the cost of the collection of the Product. Returning Products
Please contact us by telephone (on +971 585760780) or email (at support@wisewell.com) to inform us of your wish to return Products. Please ensure you quote your order number. We may also advise you on how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
Terms and Conditions
All Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, accessories, freebies, and original boxes defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return. Kindly retain the packaging for 30 days of delivery as it may be needed just in case you need to return the product. In case of any missing accessories/components of the Products like the water tank, water tank lid, filters, water tray, etc., we will investigate the issue with our logistics partner. If it is found missing in our investigation, then we will either ship the missing product/s to you or will reimburse you the cost of the missing product/s as per the applicable market price.
